Coachella Sauce Bar

Sauce is having a moment.

These days, sauce isn’t an afterthought… it’s a lifestyle. From Hot Ones episodes with A-listers crying with confusion and fear (we feel your pain, Jennifer Lawrence) to TikTokers going viral for rating ranch recipes, sauces have become social fuel. Condiment culture is dominating everything from merch drops to meme accounts. And working with Postmates, we saw the perfect moment to stir the pot (or shake the bottle)
LOST IN THE SAUCE

Working with Postmates, we seized the moment (and the flavor) by turning Coachella into a drippy, dippable, can’t-miss cultural splash. The Sauce Bar was a retro-futuristic flavor lounge designed in partnership with music producer and foodie king Benny Blanco. Together, we launched a limited-edition Ghost Chile Sriracha sauce, and built a 1970s funk-inspired tasting bar where beer taps flowed with unlimited sauces instead of lagers. It was savory. It was shareable. And the flavor-fest continued when the Sauce Bar was chosen by BizBash as the Best Coachella Brand Activation of 2024…that’s how crazy we are about sauces.

The Results

The proof is in the pouring
Across six days in the California desert, the Sauce Bar hosted over 11,000 guests and sold over 1,000 cocktails. The festival-goer reaction was stunning as well: fans raved about everything from the sauce-flight to the hip aesthetic of the space. The entire experience was a smashing success, dispensing the Postmates sauce into headlines and socials of hungry viewers everywhere.
